Insole remote service

IMAGO remote service was born from our will to offer a real and serious service of made-to-measure insoles carried out from those who know about feet and insoles!

The service is carried out through the use of Internet network and the help of our equipments, some of them specifically designed for this aim and others, like WINPOD platform, that allow the carrying out thanks to the exportability of the files compatible with DTM, that is our designing CAD system.

This service is provided with the following procedures:

1. from WINPOD platform, by sending us the file relevant to one or more acquisitions (static, dynamic, postural);

2. from R.S.I. that is Remote System Imago, available in good 4 configurations:

• R.S.I. EASY: composed of the software EASY Foot Pro and WINSCAN scanner;
• R.S.I. LIGHT: composed of the software EASY Foot, WINSCAN scanner and DTM software;
• R.S.I. BASIC: composed of WINPOD platform and DTM software;
• R.S.I. FULL: composed of WINPOD platform, EASY Foot Pro software, WINSCAN scanner and DTM software;

from EASY Foot TOTEM, an innovative system of data acquisition from electronic podo-optometry completely automized provided with metal structure, computer, T.S. monitor (Touch Screen), render it suitable for health points of sale that wants to offer a modern and efficacious service to their customers who have little podologic problems and therefore offer a quality and custom-made product at low prices.

All data that reached us will be kept safely and by respecting the privacy, in a proper server. Successively they’ll be examined one by one by our information expert and our insole technician, then the insoles will be designed according to your information and sent by means of an internal network to the High Tech production department, where a line of the most complete and innovative CAD-CAM milling machines in Europe is ready to start production.

The planning service foresees different solutions:

• design carried out by yourselves through our DTM,
• design carried out by ourselves based on WINPOD baropodometric image,
• design carried out by ourselves based on EASY-Foot image,
• design carried out by ourselves based on a baropodometric image of other platforms,
• design carried out by ourselves based on podographic papers and/or check-up sheets,
• design carried out by ourselves according to your plaster mould,
• design carried out by ourselves based on your phenolic foam.

The insole created can have 3 different finishing degrees according to your needs or requirements:

• basic semifinished product : that is the working of masking, finishing and coating is up to you,
• light semifinished product: that is the working of masking and finishing is carried out by us, while the coating is up to you,
• full semifinished product: that is the working of masking, finishing and coating is up to us.

The delivery times are always agreed upon with our customers in order to optimize all your needs even temporary and satisfy as best as we can the needs of your patient, all that beginning from 3 working days.
