Materials for supports
For internal supports IMAGO places TERMOFORT HD range at your disposal, which is a sure reference for strenghtening the insole structure.
It is a thermoplastic material in Tissue not Tissue, available in plates with ticknesses variable from 1,2 to 1,8 mm.
Characteristics of TERMOFORT HD range:
- STRUCTURE: Tissue not Tissue (TnT) in polyester with thermoadhesive smearing. Operating temperature: 120-150°.
- USE: internal supports for insoles, buttress for shoes.
- CHARACTERISTICS: good elasticity together with an high resistance.
- WORKABILITY: good thermomouldability; workable by the grinder; easy to stick; workable on the mould through heat; the material must be cut transversally.
Usually TERMOFORT HD range is used for forming the internal part of insole support.
