Insoles in leather and cork
The insoles family made of LEATHER & CORK represents the tradition. It is composed by a range of products, which can widely satisfy the medical requirements.
This line of insoles is different compared to the thermoformed insoles because of the materials used; we only use two kinds of materials: leather and cork.
The first one is a so called “natural", leather, manufactured specifically for orthopaedic/sanitary use, while the second one is an alloy composed of E.V.A. and cork scales , aimed at the strengthening of the structure and with long duration.
The use of "natural" first choice, selected leather, the handicraft productive process that doesn’t make the material “unnatural”, the careful finishing touches guarantee a strong, high-quality product.
The productive process is gained by means of moulds (forms), especially designed in order to manufacture insoles for different foot pathologies (flat feet, bump feet, with back bar for metatarsus desease, hollow feet, calcaneus spina etc.), according to the age (kid, adult) and the sex (man, woman).
