This service (SERVICE IMAGO) also called "insoles in remote" allows to make made-to-measure insoles thanks to CAD-CAM technology starting by your project, whatever it is.

In which way?

• By using our R.S.I. system (Remote System Imago: see section “Instruments”) that thanks to a software and a scanner for foot allows you to elaborate a project from which we will create the insole ONLY WITH A FILE!
• By using our EASY FOOT TOTEM system (see section “Instruments”); by sending a simple FILE which contains the TRIDIMENSIONAL foot image we will be able to create your made-to-measure insole!
• From the baropodometric footprint: BY SENDING A SIMPLE FILE!
• From the footprint on the phenolic foam: BY SENDING THE FOAM!
• From the cast of the footprint: BY SENDING THE CAST!
• From one of your plantar sampleBY SENDING THE SAMPLE!
• From the graphic footprint (check-up sheet; see sections tools): WE JUST NEED THE SHEET or THE GRAPHIC SCANNING! Just scan the image or send by mail the graphic: the insole will be ready for you on a silver plate!

The wide range of materials we can use to make insoles let this line be extremely innovative and exclusive. This range can be extended from the caoutchouc alloy (LIEGE), which is estremely soft or semirigid to synthetic materials such as E.V.A. (POROFORM) or polythylene foams (MAXIFOAM) or microcellular COMFORT FOAM.

Other kind of insoles of the line EASY-FOOT, such EASYCOMFORT, EASYCITY, EASYSPORT AND EASYWORK allow to get monodensity, bidensity and tridensity insoles to fullfil the prescriptive medical expectations, aimed at use of the patient.

The J.I.T. productive process, is gained by a milling machine (CAM), this process is run by a computer automatically according to the information we get from the CAD project which virtually contains the form, the material and the shape of the insoles to be manufactured.
