The innovative Imago CAD-CAM department
(Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing) allows to make current model insoles according to your project or your sample: that’s why we call them "CAD/CAM insoles".
The potential of this productive system is huge! It gives you the possibility to exploit a wide range of materials according to the most various pathologies ( from the diabetic foot to the sportman’s foot).
The wide range of materials we can use to make insoles let this line be extremely innovative and exclusive. This range can be extended from the caoutchouc alloy (LIEGE), which is estremely soft or semirigid to synthetic materials such as E.V.A. (POROFORM) or polythylene foams (MAXIFOAM) or microcellular COMFORT FOAM.
Other kind of EVACOMBI insoles allow to get monodensity, bidensity and tridensity insoles to fullfil the prescriptive medical expectations, aimed at use of the patient.
The J.I.T. productive process, is gained by a milling machine (CAM) this process is run by a computer automatically according to the information we get from the CAD project which virtually contains the form, the material and the shape of the insoles to be manufactured.
