Coating materials

The coating material for insoles we propose to you is the Coating Ledra®: it is an exclusive and innovative product, that was born from advanced technologies of dyeing, smearing and finishing, to the coagulated microfibres of the last generation.

The base material is composed indeed of polyamide microfibres extremely thin and resistant, coagulated in a perspiring polyurethane resin. Its structure is very similar to the one of the skin, but its component strongness gives it considerable physical-mechanic properties.

Ledra® is therefore provided with a resistance to tear and laceration a lot higher than the one of a skin having a similar thickness.

Ledra® Suede is the suède version and we propose it with “Classic” selectioned finishing according to the use foreseen for the insole coating.

The treatment of final grinding exalt the appearance and the “writing effect” of the microfibre, by maintaining unaltered the physical-mechanic characteristics of the material.

Ledra® Suede therefore, results to be particularly suitable for the orthopedic sector as lining material; we propose it with a thickness of mm 0,5.

Ledra® Pieno Fiore, for this version we use only exclusive waterproof and perspiring polyurethanic resins during the phase of smearing of the base material, that allows the manufacturing of a product with inimitable technical features, that lends itself to further dye and finishing treatments, in addition to be finished through the typical technologies of the tan industry that render it very similar to the natural soft leathers as regards the touch and softness (that’s why its name is Pieno Fiore).

Ledra® Pieno Fiore has an high resistance to abrasion and laceration; besides, it is completely waterproof in spite of being provided with an high transpirability; we propose it with a thickness of mm 0,5.
